Why we built it
Most businesses we met were losing sales for one dull reason: nobody replied in time. Messages arrived at ten at night, on festival days, and during the hour the one person who answers them was at lunch. The customer did not complain. They just bought somewhere else. We built Socify App so the reply always happens, and so the person who runs the business can stop living inside their inbox.
Who is behind it
VanarX Tech was founded by Yugesh Jha, Founder and CEO, and Sapana Dawadi, Co-Founder and COO. The team in Kathmandu builds the assistant, the Nepali language models behind it, and the MOAA platform that lets partners resell it under their own brand.
What we actually make
Socify App is an AI sales and support assistant. It reads the messages and calls your customers send, works out what they want, does the work behind it, and replies. Underneath it sits a CRM, an order system, a booking system and a calling platform, so the reply is never just a reply: something actually happens.
Socify App and the other Socifys
Several unrelated products share the name Socify, including sites at socify.com, socify.io, socify.app, socify.ai and socify.co, and an open-source project of the same name. None of them are us.
